Expiration date
Valid through date on reference card provided when account is opened (minimum of 20 months from date opened) or when balance reaches $0.
$2.50 monthly administration fee beginning on the 13th month after issue date (for cards purchased at a N.Y. retail office, or online by N.Y. resident, no monthly fee prior to 13 consecutive months of non-use).
Use
Used for Internet, telephone or mail oder from any merchant that accepts Visa debit.
Notes
Can be converted to a plastic gift card for a $5.95 fee.
