time letting lawyers gather the information. The legal term
is "discovery," and can include interrogatories, depositions
and requests for production of documents. Try a financial preparation
kit that can help you gather the information before you see
an attorney or mediator.

Letting family or friends tell
you what you need or how you should be feeling. Don't be afraid
to rely on your own judgment.

Trying to win back your spouse
by being generous.
