Subaru’s all-wheel-drive Legacy sedan has been completely redesigned for the 2010 model year. In addition to exterior refinements, the Legacy boasts a noticeably roomier rear seat area and enhanced fuel economy. Customers have plenty of choices with Legacy’s eight trim levels, three engines and three transmissions. All trim levels come equipped with keyless entry and steering wheel with cruise control and audio buttons. Inside, interior materials have been upgraded. Options such as a moonroof, navigation system and all-weather package are available on select trim levels. There is 14.7 cubic feet of trunk space, which can be extended by folding the 60/40-split rear seats. Engine choices include a 170-horsepower, 2.5-liter four-cylinder; a 265-horsepower, turbocharged, 2.5-liter four-cylinder; and a 256-horsepower, 3.6-liter six-cylinder. Six airbags and electronic stability control are standard on all models.
