Just a year after introducing this midsize sedan, Jaguar launches its 2010 model with new drivetrains, a new trim level and a new performance version called the XFR. Luxury and Premium trim levels carry over from last year and customers can now opt for a new ultra-luxury version called the XF Portfolio. The XF’s distinctive silhouette receives additional aerodynamic styling cues in the XFR, including a rear spoiler and special 20-inch wheels. A 300-horsepower, 4.2-liter V-8 is standard. In addition, a new 380-horsepower, 5.0-liter V-8 is available in regular and turbocharged versions. Inside, the XF combines traditional luxury with contemporary features, including the JaguarDrive Selector knob that rises out of the console when the engine is started. In addition to numerous standard safety features, the 5.0-liter XF is available with a precollision warning system.
