Stacy Jones is contributing data journalist. Before that she was a business reporter at The Star-Ledger in Newark covering small business, technology and retail.
While working at The Star-Ledger, Stacy covered Hurricanes Irene and Sandy, Super Bowl XLVIII as well as a number of federal and state policies that impact small business owners. In 2013, Stacy was recognized by the New Jersey Press Association for her work. She's an active member of the Society of American Business Editors and Writers, Investigative Reporters and Editors and National Association of Black Journalists.
Stacy lives in New Jersey and works in Manhattan. She's proud alum of Rowan University in Glassboro, N.J. and the University of Maryland in College Park.
