Marcie Geffner is an award-winning freelance reporter, editor, author, writer and blogger whose work has been published by a long list of U.S. newspapers, trade magazines and financial, real estate, mortgage and banking websites. Marcie provides professional writing and editing services, including news reporting, website content, blog posts, book-editing (fiction/nonfiction) and editorial consultation and management. She also has prior employment experience in technical writing, corporate communications, public relations and employee communications.
Marcie earned a bachelor's degree in English with high honors at UCLA, certificate in corporate communications at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and master's degree in business administration (MBA) at Pepperdine University and has also completed multiple advanced novel-writing courses at the UCLA Extension Writers' Program, including the prestigious nine-month Master Class.
